We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and other cafe items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe.
- Restock supplies and ensure the cafe is well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee beans and brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends
