You can create a unique and lasting impact on our people.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Work with multi disciplinary teams providing hands-on coordination and delivery support for Customer Touchpoints Assets and System s (CTAS) for multiple projects and initiatives, applying established Integration & Customer Readiness (I&CR) methods and frameworks to support customer focused decision making across all project phases and achieve Day 1 readiness outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for disciplined execution, maintaining traceable outcomes, and supporting governance forums by escalating risks, blockers, and trade offs to enable timely and informed decisions.
The Integration & Customer Readiness Specialist will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating CTAS deliverables and artefacts across assigned work packages through the full project lifecycle, including maintaining requirements registers, interface logs, journey maps, and acceptance evidence to support structured, auditable decision making.
- Preparing and maintaining delivery and readiness plans aligned to scope, and focused on feasible Day 1 outcomes and risk mitigation.
- Supporting early stage planning and scoping activities by collating, validating, and coordinating inputs for budget estimates and forecasts to ensure customer outcomes are embedded in project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting governance, risk management, and escalation, by preparing and maintaining governance materials and tools (e.g. agendas, briefs, RACI), tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating blockers to the Grade 9 Manager in a timely manner.
- Capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement of integration, design management, readiness frameworks, tools, and guidelines.
- Building strong working relationships with technical, operational, and design stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
There is 1 x ongoing full-time position, and 4 x fixed term full-time position available (up to 31 December 2027) offering hybrid working options from our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office.
