We are seeking an experienced FIFO Chef Manager with a strong background in bulk catering environments. You will be confident looking after the delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and presentation across every service. ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities, or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts from a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear, to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
The Role
- To organise and manage the contract in accordance with the standards required by Compass Group and the client
- To be responsible for providing great quality services to meet client expectations
- To ensure your contract is compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets
- To bring the Compass Group vision and values to life and support and promote our safety culture
- To develop and maintain effective business relationships
- To manage finances within a budget
The Person
- Have the ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Have the ability to identify contract retention and new business opportunities
- Be computer literate – ability to use IT systems to maintain efficient operations
- Have an in depth understanding of occupational health, safety and environment and ability to apply principles
- Have proven experience in managing successful teams
