About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Pacific, the Consulting Engagement Manager is responsible for connecting with and maintaining strong relationships across the consulting and specification community. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships and presenting Siemens solutions that address customer needs, working closely with Product Managers, Business Units and frontline sales teams.
Combining market analysis, consultative engagement and technical solution positioning, this role plays a key part in developing strong project pipelines and supporting business growth across key industries including Renewables, Utilities, Defence, Data Centres, Mining, Water and Transportation.
What we’re looking for
We are interested in connecting with professionals who have:
- Experience building and managing relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors or end users.
- A background in business development, specification management, account management or technical sales.
- Experience within electrification, automation, energy, industrial technology or related sectors.
- The ability to understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative approach with the ability to collaborate across sales, product and technical teams.
