In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team enabling the establishment of new regulatory functions, systems and processes for micromobility sharing schemes.
This role will see you research, analyse and provide advice in relation to TfNSW’ s new powers to approve operators and enforce legislation and regulations to set and maintain minimum standards within the industry.
You will be supporting regulatory transformation and policy implementation for ongoing service delivery.

About you
Your strong knowledge and experience of regulatory operations formed across government or a regulator will see you provide expertise in developing systems and processes which support legislation providing a framework to ensure compliance which will adhere to standard minimum requirements.
You’re recognised as an experienced project professional, skilled at understanding critical issues and delivering support activities utilising your ability to understand and interpret legislation and converting this into practical compliance and regulatory systems.
