About the Role
This dynamic role leads and inspires the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences while upholding Cockburn ARC’s high service and safety standards. As the key escalation point for complex customer matters, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning challenges into positive outcomes.
You’ll mentor and support reception staff, confidently manage and resolve customer concerns, and champion initiatives that elevate the ARC’s reputation as the City of Cockburn’s premier leisure and wellbeing destination.
This permanent part time role is 30 hours per fortnight with a shift schedule as follows (with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts on an adhoc basis, subject to availability):
Monday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
About You
You bring proven experience in leading customer service teams and thrive on creating smooth, positive experiences for every visitor. A natural problem solver, you’re confident in navigating challenges and turning them into opportunities for exceptional service.
Professional, courteous, and proactive, you lead by example and inspire those around you. You enjoy working collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team and take pride in contributing to a welcoming customer service environment.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:
- Current Senior First Aid certificate
- Current WA Driver’s Licence Class ‘C’
- Satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.

Salary and Benefits: Starting from Level 3 Step 1-4 ($79,985 to $85,456 p.a. pro rata) the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
