Role: General Labourer
Shift: Afternoon shift
- Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm to 12:00am
- Friday 1:30pm to 8pm
Casual to Full Time Employment (ongoing full hours)

About the Role
We are seeking physically fit and safety-conscious individuals to join a team in Bayswater. This role involves manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and stacking. You will work under strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely lift and carry materials.
- Follow workplace procedures to secure materials and prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to minimise trip hazards.
- Report safety concerns or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Essential Requirements
- Physical fitness: Ability to repetitively lift 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Manual handling experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or labouring roles preferred.
- Safety-first mindset: Commitment to adhering to PPE requirements (e.g., steel-capped boots, gloves, high-vis clothing).
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic.
Safety & Compliance
- Strict adherence to WorkSafe Victoria guidelines and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Participate in site-specific safety inductions and manual handling training.
- Zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
Pay: $37.00 – $38.00 per hour
