About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful applicant will create meaningful learning experiences, support children's development, and work collaboratively with families and colleagues to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning programs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Observe and document children's learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote children's wellbeing, learning, and emotional development.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
