REDDS was the first company to bring the iconic red cup to the Australian market more than 15 years ago. The brand is woven into Australia's music, party and festival scene, regularly collaborating with major music, fashion, liquor and corporate partners. Stocked across all major and independent supermarkets, liquor stores and variety stores, REDDS has grown into a genuine household name through bold creativity and the right partnerships.
The REDDS range includes our original red cup line, along with our Reusables and Home Compostable Ranges, available in Woolworths Supermarkets and Dan Murphy's.
The Role
This is a contract role centred on creating original content, running our digital channels, managing socials, and building and developing partnerships across the liquor, music, party and events industries. You'll have a high level of autonomy to be creative, grow networks through your own outreach, and bring fresh content ideas to life. You'll work closely with the director on marketing and brand campaigns.
- Social media management: original content creation, planning and posting
- Developing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones with culturally relevant brands, venues, festivals and liquor companies for activations, sponsorships and collaborations
- Developing brand and product campaigns
Who would it suit?
Someone who thrives on making connections, understands how marketing campaigns come together, is data-driven, and genuinely loves social media and creating content people actually want to engage with.
The candidate must be Sydney-based and have lived here long enough to know the right brands, venues and people to connect with. You'll need to be comfortable in a primarily remote setup, with in-person catch-ups in Bondi or Rosebery every couple of weeks, and have capacity for roughly 3 days a week spread flexibly.
This is a contract role of 10–18 hours per week.
Must Have
- At least 4 years' experience in paid marketing roles
- A strong visual aesthetic that aligns with the REDDS brand
- Confidence and ability to reach out to brands and partners
- Demonstrable experience running successful Instagram and TikTok brand pages
- Genuine interest in the REDDS pillars: music, art, festivals and parties
- Experience in campaign development and strategy
- Strong understanding of Sydney and broader Australian culture, brands and companies
