The Opportunity
Barossa Fine Foods are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team within our food manufacturing facility in Edinburgh North.
We are currently seeking a full time Oven Operator who are available 38 hours per week between Monday to Friday. This role requires early starts between 5:00am to 6:00am.

Who we are looking for

Have a minimum year 10 high school education.

Must be effective in, and have the ability to follow, written/verbal communications.

Able to perform repetitive tasks and work on their feet for extended periods of time.

Physically capable of safely lifting up to 30kg on occasion.

Ideally have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.

Willingness to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.

Production and Food Manufacturing experience skills an advantage
- Working rights within Australia.
This positions main responsibilities include transporting racks of meat products into the smoker or oven, filling the smoker with woodchips, use of mechanical lift and deep cleaning of ovens. This role does require occasional lifting of up to 30kg.
