The Role
The Principal Project Manager, Delivery is a key project manager role within the Delivery team of the Strategy and Systems Unit of the TAFE Strategy, Systems and Tertiary Governance Branch. Reporting to the Manager, Delivery, the role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and delivery expertise to implement TAFE reform and program initiatives with individual TAFE institutes and the TAFE network, providing leadership to team members and the leadership group, and adopting project controls to report on progress for various audiences.
Main accountabilities:

Purpose of communication may be to resolve complex issues through a process of consultation and negotiation

Develops briefs on highly complex issues that provide options for decision within an organisation

The Team
The position of Principal Project Manager, Delivery forms a part of the TAFE Strategy, Systems and Tertiary Governance branch within the Skills and TAFE group.
Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
