Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join the team at Lakeview Hotel Motel.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced pub kitchen. You’ll work alongside the chefs to keep equipment, work areas and supplies organised so the kitchen can move efficiently throughout service.

What You’ll Do
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Stay on top of dishes and cleaning tasks during busy service periods
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
- Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Kitchen Hand experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain standards under pressure
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A team-first approach and willingness to help where needed
- Confidence working in a busy, physical environment
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays as required
