The Shoe Merchant is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Moss Vale & Bowral NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes to suit their needs.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listening to customer requirements and providing personalised recommendations
- Ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and current promotions
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (Preferred but not necessary)
- Customer focused with great communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Reliable and punctual
- 2 positions available
- ( Friday 9 - 5, Saturday 9 -2) and
- ( Monday 9 -5, Saturday 9-4, Sunday 10-3)
