Facilities Manager (Tamworth Region) NSW

Ecowize is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead hygiene operations at a major food manufacturing site in Oakburn, just outside Tamworth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee site operations, develop teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are achieved every day.
What we're looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing, hygiene, cleaning or industrial operations Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills A safety-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to drive performance, accountability and results An genuine interest in coaching and ensuring individual are trained and set up for their roles Availability to work night shift, as this role leads teams operating across night shift hours

Location: Oakburn, NSW (Tamworth Region) Reporting to: Area Manager, based in QLD
Note: This is a night shift leadership position. As our hygiene teams operate overnight, the successful candidate must be comfortable with leading teams during night shift hours.
