As our Bartender, you will be part of the key essence of ISOLA’s dining experience, creating some of the finest cocktails to pair with Nonna’s favourite dishes.
From the moment our guests walk through the doors, our team transport diners away to the dreamiest European escape destination – Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experience, offering guidance beverage selections.
- Serve & mix beverages, including cocktail, wine, beers, ciders, and other offerings from our exclusively curated menu.
- Ability to work across multiple venues to serve customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleanup, and restocking of the bar.
- Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
About You:
- Minimum of 1 years Bar/Cocktail experience
- Exceptional knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Charismatic, warm, and welcoming
- Comprehensive knowledge of Bar operations.
Pay: $32.85 – $46.08 per hour
