Salad Bar Team Member – Barista
Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our new salad bar opening in Condell Park NSW. This is a hands-on role that involves customer service, coffee making, specialty drink making and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You'll be part of a fast-paced team committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional service.

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a Cafe type of service, preparing coffee and beverages on demand, is confident working in a busy environment, and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Barista experience is highly regarded, as the role will include preparing specialty coffee alongside our beverage offerings.

Candidate Targeting
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Barista experience and confidence preparing espresso-based coffee (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive fun attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with flexibility for early morning shifts preferred.
- Experiance working with POS systems an advantage.
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
