We're looking for a confident, unflappable, solutions and relationships-orientated Account Manager to work alongside our Senior Account Manager to form the link between our clients and creative team. Role Description
Buffet's Account Manager is a key role within our business, with a core focus on delivering spectacular results to our clients, fostering client and contractor relationships, and ensuring our creative and production projects run smoothly. Working closely with our Senior Account Manager, this role is ideal for someone with proven account management and production experience who thrives in a nimble environment, is highly organised, calm under pressure, thinks ahead, and is comfortable managing multiple projects at once within a small and talented team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Senior Account Manager as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of social media retainer clients, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in the management of larger campaigns, supporting with timelines, briefing, and client communication.
- Oversee smaller projects end-to-end ensuring smooth delivery from brief through to sign-off.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across your accounts, proactively identifying any issues, potential growth opportunities and communicating updates clearly and promptly.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of retainer clients, including tracking deliverables and reporting on account progress.
- Serve as on-set and post support for production shoots where required, bringing a confident understanding of shoot production processes and the ability to liaise effectively between clients and crew.
- Assist with quoting, resourcing, and timelining for sold-in projects in collaboration with our Producer and Senior Account Manager.

Desired Experience
- Watertight client-relation and communication skills.
- 2–3 years of previous experience in a small-to-mid-sized agency environment, managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid project management experience, including budgets, timelines, and coordinating internal staff and external contractors. Familiarity with Asana or equivalent project management software is a must-have.
- Hands-on production experience, including time on set, with a confident understanding of photography and video production processes.
- Experience in the content creation space, including social media marketing and content production
- Experience with Xero accounting software for quoting and invoicing is essential.
- A keen creative eye for detail across image, copy and storytelling.
- Confidence with Adobe Suite and Keynote is a nice-to-have.
