ADSS is a registered NDIS provider specialising in core and capacity-building supports, with a strong focus on psycho-social disabilities. As demand for our services continues to grow, we're expanding our multidisciplinary team and seeking skilled, compassionate clinicians who are committed to person-centred care.
Our current services include occupational therapy, psychology, all other allied health supports to NDIS participants and private participants. In response to increasing needs from participants and stakeholders, we're looking to broaden our offerings and welcome professional occupational therapists, who can contribute to our dynamic and supportive environment.
We offer flexible working arrangements for your lifestyle – including full-time, part-time, casual, and contract positions.

Who You Are:
- AHPRA-registered with demonstrated clinical experience preferably in working with the NDIS.
- Passionate about delivering personalised, evidence-based care
- A natural communicator who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and initiative
- Excited by the opportunity to grow with an evolving practice
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance
