The People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator role will provide administrative, coordination and general program support to the People and Culture team. Areas include recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance, and learning and development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding - Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparation of onboarding plan and new starter paperwork. Coordinate exit process, including coordination of exit checklist and exit interview.
- HR administration support - Organise, track, and maintain P&C data and records. Including creating and maintaining employee files, employee letters, coordination of probation process, maintenance of organisation charts and monitoring of P&C inbox.
- P&C system administration - Oversee and maintain P&C systems, including future Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- SharePoint site management - Maintain and manage the P&C folders and SharePoint site, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date content.
- Program coordination & support - Assist in the planning, execution, maintenance of materials and support of various P&C programs and initiatives.
- Calendar coordination & management - Oversee scheduling and calendar management for P&C activities and initiatives.
- Survey management & reporting - Administer employee surveys, compile results, and generate reports.
- General coordination activities - Support day-to-day coordination activities of the team.
- P&C helpdesk support - Serve as the first point of contact for general P&C inquiries and support requests.
- Vendor & supplier coordination - Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers related to P&C functions.
- Recruitment - Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience and Capability
- 2-3 years of experience in a human resources team coordinator role.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organised, and possess strong communication skills to effectively handle P&C tasks and serve as a liaison between employees and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally exposure to HR software/systems (e.g., HRIS or a LMS).
- Strong organisational & attention to detail skills – Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle employee records, coordinate programs, manage data accuracy and support P&C processes efficiently.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Capable of interacting professionally with employees, handling inquiries, and assisting in employee engagement activities.
- Basic HR knowledge & tech proficiency – Familiarity with HR policies, recruitment processes, and HR/L&D software to support daily operations.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
