This Role:
Location: This opportunity is based in New South Wales, with placement aligned to business and project needs.
Commencing in February 2027, as an Investment Management Graduate, throughout your two years, you will work closely with Stockland’s various Investment Management teams who are responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective daily operations for our retail town centres, workplaces and logistics assets.
You will be part of a multi-functional team, collaborating across the business to achieve success. You will have three x 8-month rotations within Investment or Property Management, Portfolio Insights and Funds Management

Responsibilities are varied; however, you’ll support the team to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans across a diverse property portfolio.
- Analyse asset performance, identify growth opportunities, and support recommendations relating to refurbishment, repositioning or disposal strategies.
- Support operational improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences and optimise asset performance.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on key financial and operational performance metrics, helping to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Contribute to investment proposals, business cases and strategic recommendations through research, analysis and data-driven insights.
- Support risk management activities, including audits, asset inspections and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Identify risks, opportunities and process improvements, and help develop practical solutions to support business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
- Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date (February 2027).
- Graduates completing a degree in Property, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in property, asset management and investment performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to team outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering great customer and stakeholder experiences.
