Job Summary
You’ll be a TikTok expert, creating and managing online material for the Manettas brand. This role is responsible for developing and creating content, consistently posting new material, managing customer engagement on platform as well as implementing platform advertising.
The ideal candidate is a TikTok expert and has a background in creating TikTok video content, is able to react quickly to trends and can consistently post new and interesting material.
That means strategy, content creation, photography, video, scheduling, community management, and reporting – all of it, done well.
We need someone who can work independently, flag what’s not working, and bring proactive ideas without being asked.
What you’ll be doing
- TikTok media management – Plan, schedule, post and manage content across TikTok.
- Content creation – Write captions, design on-brand graphics, build carousels, shoot and edit Reels, and create content
- Photography – Plan and execute shoots, you’ll know how to operate a real camera, and deliver polished, edited finals
- Video editing – Shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok and must be able to produce fast, polished edits independently
- Strategy and funnels – Build content calendars aligned to business goals, contribute to lead generation planning, and understand how TikTok content fits into a broader sales funnel
- Community engagement – Monitor comments and DMs, maintain tone of voice, keep conversations active and on-brand
- Algorithm awareness – Stay across platform updates, feed and reach changes, and emerging content formats. Not just what’s trending but how its performing
- Reporting and optimisation – Pull monthly performance reports and use the data to actually inform what comes next
You’re someone who…
- Is a TikTok and content creation expert.
- Can produce content that is visually consistent with a brand’s guidelines – fonts, colour palette, tone, the lot – without needing hand-holding
- Knows how to use a real camera.
- Approaches editing with a trained eye, not just a preset
- Has working knowledge of CapCut or another video editing platform for short-form content
- Understands sales funnels and can connect content decisions to business outcomes – awareness, nurture, conversion
- Is confident on camera when needed and just as strong behind it
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
