AKOM Investments Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the organisation’s growth across its property investment, development, and commercial business portfolio. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong digital capability, hands‑on campaign execution experience, and the ability to develop content and strategies that strengthen brand presence and generate qualified lead.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote AKOM’s property projects, investment opportunities, and commercial ventures.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in real estate, construction, and investment sectors.
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, visual standards, and content frameworks.
- Analyse competitor activity and customer behaviour to support strategic decision‑making.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve search visibility and lead conversion.
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and digital assets using CMS platforms.
- Implement email marketing and automation workflows using tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare insights for management.
Content Creation & Communication
- Produce high‑quality marketing content including brochures, project profiles, social media posts, newsletters, and investor updates.
- Develop compelling narratives for property launches, investment opportunities, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and digital media production for marketing campaigns.
- Manage AKOM’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams, real estate agents, financial advisors, and external marketing partners.
- Prepare marketing collateral for property listings, investment proposals, and development updates.
- Support events, exhibitions, investor briefings, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track KPIs across all marketing channels and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing spend, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law, property advertising regulations, and privacy requirements.
- Use CRM systems to manage investor pipelines and support sales and business development.
Key Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within property, construction, investment, or commercial sectors.
- Experience in digital marketing, content development, and campaign coordination.
- Strong understanding of social media management, SEO/SEM fundamentals, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
