About the Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Migration Agent (MARA Registered) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing migration matters, providing accurate immigration advice, and handling a broad range of visa applications from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing migration advice in accordance with Australian migration law and OMARA guidelines
- Managing visa applications including skilled, partner, student, employer-sponsored, visitor, labour agreements and other visa subclasses
- Conducting client consultations and assessing eligibility pathways
- Preparing submissions, decision-ready applications, and supporting documentation
- Monitoring legislative and policy changes
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities
Requirements
- Current MARA Registration is essential
- Previous experience handling Australian visa applications independently
- Strong understanding of migration legislation and policy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and complex matters efficiently
- Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented approach
