We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our QLD Team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide on-site service, support, and training for SolarEdge systems. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and commission SolarEdge systems at residential and commercial sites.

Act as the main point of contact for installers and customers, providing guidance on best practices and technical support.

Train installers and customers on system installation, operation, and maintenance.

Conduct site audits and system reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.

Support the internal team with insights from the field to enhance service and system performance.
Requirements:
- Valid QLD electrical license (mandatory) – electrical engineers will not be considered.

Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).

CPR, LVR, First Aid, White Card, Working at Heights, and valid driver’s license (all mandatory).

3+ years’ experience in the solar industry, including at least 1 year in a technical, customer-facing role.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Electrical contractor license and SAA certification are a plus.
