Support Worker Wanted – Female Only (Ballarat, VIC)
Ample Care Support Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to support a female NDIS participant living in Ballarat.
About the Participant:
* Female participant with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
* Presents with behaviours of concern
* Requires a calm, patient, and person-centred approach
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
* Assist with meal preparation and mealtime support
* Support daily living activities
* Follow behaviour support strategies and care plans
* Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
* Promote the participant’s independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
* Female applicants only
* Must be living in or near the Ballarat area
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (if applicable)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
* Experience supporting people with ABI and behaviours of concern is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
