Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome and assist international travelers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience.

Serve food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a dynamic airport environment.

Promote and maintain a positive company image (including grooming, behaviours and service)

Comply with dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
Essential Criteria:

Ability to work a rotating roster, with 24/7 availability

Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.

Must have a Food Handling certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.

Previous experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.

Ability to lift and carry items up to 22kg and stand for extended periods.

High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
