About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance across the Eastern Region. Working closely with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Aftersales, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen dealer capability and deliver sustainable business growth.
This role is about more than reporting numbers, it's about using commercial insight to influence decisions, build strong partnerships and help our dealers succeed.
What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with dealerships to improve commercial performance and achieve sales objectives.

Analysing sales performance, market trends and forecasting to identify growth opportunities.

Using data and insights to support dealer performance and business planning.

Building strong relationships with Dealer Partners and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Aftersales.

Developing and implementing local growth plans aligned to regional and national business objectives.

Sharing best practice and commercial insights across the wider Sales team.

Driving executional excellence through performance frameworks, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Identifying new opportunities to grow market share while responding quickly to changing market conditions.
About You
You'll be a commercially curious and relationship focused professional who enjoys working with people and solving business challenges.

Experience in automotive sales, commercial operations, dealer development or business performance.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and confidence interpreting commercial data.

Experience working with dealer networks or within the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
