About Us
Kids & Adults Therapy Hub (KTH) is a privately owned Allied Health service provider specializing in helping individuals of all ages achieve their full potential. Based in South West Sydney, with purpose-built clinics in Gledswood Hills and outreach mobile services, KTH offers comprehensive care in a collaborative environment. Their multidisciplinary team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors who support clients from early childhood to adulthood, with a focus on children and youth aged 1–18 years. KTH also extends services to schools, childcare centres, supported independent living (SIL) homes, and aged care facilities.
Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time on-site Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Gregory Hills, NSW. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing tailored intervention plans, and delivering therapy sessions for clients ranging from children to adults. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, and providing support to schools, childcare centres, SIL homes, and other facilities as part of our outreach services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving client outcomes in a supportive, family-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Speech Therapy, addressing speech and language needs for diverse populations
- Expertise in diagnosing and managing Speech and Communication Disorders
- Knowledge and experience working with Language Disorders and Dysphagia
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology and current professional registration
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
- Driver’s license and ability to travel for mobile service delivery when required
Duties will include (depending on experience):
- Senior roles - providing mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and students to support the team.
- All roles - provide comprehensive early intervention and care co-ordination to young people to assist them in achieving the goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan.
- Work with clients to implement informal and standardised assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients’ health.
- Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.
- Work as a part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access for young people and their families.
- Communicate and assess needs clearly and precisely to the client and funding organisation within appropriate time frames.
- Participate in clinical review and supervision, ensuring service standards are met.
- Ensure high quality of service delivery, commitment to ethics, and values by working within the principles of Best Practice in Mental Health Service delivery.

Requirements
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance.
