EAC Supplies is a trusted HVAC provider delivering high‑quality air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration services across NSW. As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking two motivated 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices who are ready to take the next step in their trade and grow within a professional, supportive team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for apprentices who already have solid hands-on experience and are looking to refine their skills, gain more exposure to complex systems, and work alongside experienced technicians. You will be involved in installations, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Support senior technicians with diagnostics and fault finding.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate job notes, service reports, and compliance documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and uphold EAC Supplies’ professional standards.
- Communicate respectfully with clients, team members, and supervisors.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th Year HVAC Apprentice.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in the trade.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Current Police Check.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently when required and follow instructions effectively.
Desirable Skills & Attributes
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems (advantageous).
- Ability to troubleshoot and think critically.
