Join our compassionate team at Jewish Care Victoria, where every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We're seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide person‑centred care in our warm and supportive residential aged care environment.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll work alongside our experienced team to deliver high-quality care that respects the dignity, preferences and cultural needs of each resident.

What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in aged care (desirable)
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
Experience providing personal care to assist residents with activities
Legible and accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required with responsibility for ensuring up to date knowledge of Residential Care Standards and completion of assessment records in collaboration with the team
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Must be an Australian Permanent resident
