Cook duties include:
- Managing stock and wastage
- Preparing high quality light meals
- Developing skills and knowledge of all products
- Ensuring cleanliness of work space at all times
- Being organised and efficient
- Work well as part of a small team
- Be willing to learn other areas of the business and support the team by undertaking other café roles, with a positive 'can do' attitude
