About You
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable venue
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary knowledge and cooking experience
- Certificate 1 in cookery (not essential)
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- A sense of taste and palate
