Piccolo Me is a rapidly growing chain that has exploded into the café industry since founded in 2012. There are currently 45 cafes throughout Sydney and Melbourne with future plans to expand. We are seeking an energetic and passionate Barista / All-rounder to be part of our Smeaton Grange team.

OUR ALL ROUNDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Providing high quality beverages and food products
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment
- Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
- Adhering to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
- Handling cash and POS system
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
- Barista qualifications and skills preferred.
- The successful candidate must be available to work weekends.
