Qualifications & experience
- Cert 3 or Diploma qualification in ECEC (recent employment is a must)
- Knowledge of the NQF and approved learning frameworks
- 12 months work experience in early childhood (required) in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children
- An ability to articulate your role as an Early Childhood Educator in line with the EYLF Belonging, Being and Becoming
- An ability to work effectively in a team and engage in critical reflection
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will be a part of a team who will be supporting the implementation of our high quality integrated program for all children, in a collaborative team environment.
