- Documenting baseline information and requirements
- Developing and defining project roadmaps / workstreams in conjunction with program lead
and delivery teams
- Tracking delivery progress of documented To Be requirements
- Liaising with teams, managers and stakeholders
- Analyzing Salesforce implementations
- Applying relevant / best practice methodology for the business
- Solving issues during testing
- Ad hoc items as required
Your experience and capability
- Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and
external team (System Integrators)
- An analytical mindset. Being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is
important and provide insights
- Enjoy all things data
- Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner and advise the business on what should
be reported on for value-add
- The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on
data findings will be important
- The ability to take the initiative
- Tell the business what you need confidently
- Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience
- Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex
ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
- The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective
- Enjoy working in fast-paced agile team environment
