About the role
Are you an enthusiastic Physiotherapist looking to join a highly experienced interdisciplinary rehabilitation team? Do you have a passion for rehabilitation and enjoy working across varied settings? We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to support our inpatient, outpatient and community rehabilitation services.
As a Physiotherapist, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality services to patients across a broad range of rehabilitation specialities, including orthopaedic, reconditioning, neurological and musculoskeletal programs. In this role, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services including collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to support optimal recovery and achievement of rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centred physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning in collaboration with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team

Develop and progress individualised rehabilitation programs to maximise patient outcomes

Demonstrate flexibility to work across all rehabilitation settings including inpatient, outpatient, Rehab at Home and hydrotherapy-based programs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Contribute to team meetings and service development activities
Essential Criteria:

Current Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
