Join the Team
As a Digital & Corporate Communications Officer of our Strategic Communications team, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering communication campaigns, content and resources that promote eHealth NSW’s products, services, culture and strategic priorities. You’ll work across digital channels using tools such as social media platforms, content systems and analytics tools to engage diverse audiences.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Strategic Communications team to deliver engaging communication campaigns
- Create and publish content across multiple channels including social media, newsletters and digital platforms
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance using digital insights and analytics to improve outcomes
- Support and manage digital initiatives and maintain communication assets in line with brand guidelines

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and creating meaningful, audience-focused content.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Experience creating and distributing engaging content across digital and print channels
- Strong understanding of social media, SEO and content amplification techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, media or a related discipline
