Locum Osteopath / Remedial Massage Therapist / Beauty Therapist
Join Our Team in Beautiful Ningaloo Reef, Exmouth, Western Australia
Are you an experienced Osteopath, Remedial Massage Therapist, or Beauty Therapist looking for a rewarding locum opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our friendly team from October 2026 to March 2027.
This full-time locum position offers the chance to work with a diverse client base while enjoying the unique lifestyle of the coastal town of Exmouth.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality treatments to a wide variety of clients, including:
- Sporting professionals and recreational athletes
- Mining industry workers
- Surfers, golfers, kiteboarders, and whale shark tour workers
- Commercial and recreational fishers
- Older adults
- Children and adolescents
Staff accommodation can be arranged for a small fee, and having access to a car is recommended to enjoy the local area and recreational activities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
- Work independently with confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional client care and tailored treatment plans.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and active listening.
- Recommend appropriate treatments, products, and ongoing care based on individual needs.
- Maintain a high client rebooking rate through outstanding service.
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinic areas are clean, organised, and presented to a high standard.
- Contribute positively to a welcoming, professional, and wellness-focused clinic environment.
About You
You will have:
- A recognised Degree in Osteopathy, with experience and/or
- A Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV with extensive experience and/or
- A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification with experience
Additional qualifications such as Myofascial Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, or other complementary healing modalities are highly regarded.
Remuneration & Contract
We offer a flexible remuneration package that can be negotiated based on your qualifications, experience, and the services you provide.
Options may include:
- Competitive hourly rate or commission-based remuneration.
- Guaranteed minimum earnings by negotiation
- Locum contract for the period of October 2026 to March 2027, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
- Flexible working days and hours to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the clinic.
- Staff accommodation available by arrangement.
- Opportunities to increase earnings through retail sales, treatment packages, and additional modalities offered within your scope of practice.
