We are looking for a dedicated individual to support participants in their everyday living and assist them in reaching their personal goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about providing high-quality care while upskilling through continuous training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist participants with daily living tasks and achieving their personal goals.
- Ensure choice and control are maintained for participants in all aspects of their care.
- Provide personal care assistance as needed.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, family-oriented team.
- Undertake sleepover and weekend shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).
- NDIS Worker Module (required).
- WWCC (Desirable or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and weekend shifts.
- Comfortable providing personal care assistance.
