We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager / Director to lead our technology strategy and oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations.
Position Summary
The IT Manager / Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy while ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of all IT systems. This role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, enterprise applications, technical support, and digital transformation initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems and business applications.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and incident response planning.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, CRM, inventory management, and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
- Manage IT vendors, software licensing, service contracts, and technology procurement.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Manage data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology solutions that support operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for executive leadership regarding technology initiatives and IT performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, export, logistics, distribution, or supply chain businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, virtualization, and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, inventory management, and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
