Position Overview
The Swimming and Water Safety Teacher reports directly to the Franchise Owner. The primary objective is to deliver swimming lessons consistent with the JUMP! learn to swim programs, ensuring participant safety and enhancing water safety skills, while providing excellent customer service aligned with JUMP! Swim Schools' values.

Job RequirementKey Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Delivering swimming lessons as per the JUMP! Swim Schools programs.
- Collecting and providing customer feedback.
- Maintaining lesson consistency and pool area cleanliness.
- Attending company training and meetings.
- Performing general administration and cleaning duties.
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as directed.
- Keeping all required certifications up to date.
- Performing other cleaning and service duties as needed.

Selection CriteriaEssential
- Prior swim teaching experience or willing to obtain the certification
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification or equivalent
- Current CPR Certificate and and First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check as relevant to each state
Desirable
- Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics certification or equivalent
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions aligned with company expectations
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels
Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
