About Meddent IT Meddent IT builds online booking and management software for healthcare and service businesses. Our clinic suite includes an online directory where patients can find clinics and book appointments, plus tools for managing clinic staff and tracking clinic assets. We also offer an online appointment platform for service businesses such as barbers, massage therapists, nail salons, and pet grooming. We're growing our sales team and looking for a confident, people-focused agent to bring our software to new clients across both markets.
The Role You'll spend most of your time reaching out by phone to medical practices and service businesses to explain our software and book or close sales. From time to time, you'll also visit a client in person to demonstrate the product and answer their questions. The goal is simple: help each business understand how Meddent IT's software benefits them, and bring them on board.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to clinics and service businesses, and respond to incoming enquiries
- Clearly explain our software's features and benefits to non-technical staff
- Match each client to the right product — clinic suite or service-business booking platform
- Visit clients in person when needed to demo the product and finalize sales
- Follow up with leads and keep accurate records in our CRM
- Meet monthly sales and activity targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- A confident, friendly phone manner and comfort meeting clients face-to-face
- Sales or call center experience (a plus, but we'll train the right person)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable learning and explaining a software product
- Driver's license / own transport — if field visits require it
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to clinics, salons, or other service businesses
- Familiarity with software/SaaS sales or CRM tools
