THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated FRP Supervisor to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of (FRP) installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Supervise and coordinate FRP installation crews on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct toolbox talks, prestart meetings and site inspections.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors to support project delivery.
- Prepare daily progress report and maintain accurate site records
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise project delays.
- Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience supervising FRP installation within the construction and mining sectors.
- Concrete finishing experience.
- Concrete pump Experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Minimum 4-5 years supervisory experience leading field crews.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Current Driver License
- White Card
