Are you a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic people person who enjoys making others feel welcome? We are looking for a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our growing team at Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie.
Previous dental reception experience is highly preferred; however, we are also happy to consider candidates with no dental experience who have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming smile.
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
- Scheduling and managing appointments.
- Processing payments and handling accounts.
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Following up with patients regarding appointments and treatment.
- Providing exceptional customer service at every patient interaction.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is highly regarded.
- Experience with dental software (such as D4W) is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
