Sales Executive – Caravans & RVs | Crusader Caravans Melbourne
Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100K+)

What you'll be doing
You'll own the full sales journey — from first contact to handover — while keeping your pipeline tight and your customers coming back for more.
- Work warm and cold leads, manage call progression, and follow up with purpose
- Sell new and used caravans, targeting 2+ vans per week
- Guide customers through colour selections, plans, and ordering
- Keep the CRM updated with leads, prospects, and interactions
- Coordinate deliveries, handovers, and post-sale support
- Assist with show setup, stock presentation, and yard display
You'll also work closely with our Sales Manager to hit targets, share progress, and develop your approach — with the structure and support to help you perform at your best.
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, or high-value retail preferred)
- A people-first approach with genuine follow-through
- CRM confidence and strong organisational skills
- Someone who's self-motivated and doesn't need to be chased
- Flexibility to attend caravan shows on weekends when required
