- Location – Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home as work allows.

Our Opportunity:
This role focuses on improving how customers interact with Council’s digital services.
You will lead the design and delivery of webforms and digital workflows in Salesforce, including migrating forms from the website to a customer portal. The role works closely with business and IT teams to ensure digital services are simple, efficient and user-focused.
Key areas include:
- Leading webform migration and development in Salesforce
- Designing and improving customer-facing forms and workflows
- Troubleshooting issues and improving user experience
- Supporting integration between systems to improve data flow
- Using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Working with stakeholders to translate service needs into digital solutions
- Experience in digital experience design, web development or CRM platforms
- Ability to design user-friendly digital forms and services
- Experience working with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- A police clearance check
