Permanent day-shift forklift role with a salary, in a 3PL where you'll do more than sit on a machine.
About us. Ninja Logistics is a Sydney-owned third-party logistics business in Villawood, running fulfilment for Australian e-commerce brands. Small team, founders on the floor, and freight that moves every single day.
The role. You'll operate our counterbalance forklift for container unloads, put-away, replenishment and truck loading, receive and check inbound stock against paperwork, stage pallets for daily courier pickups, and work hands-on alongside the pick and pack team when the forklift seat doesn't need you. If you want a role where you only ever drive, this isn't it; if you like variety and owning the whole flow of goods through a site, it's exactly it.
What you'll need. A current LF High Risk Work licence (essential, no exceptions). At least 12 months' recent counterbalance experience; container unloading experience well regarded, high reach experience a bonus rather than a requirement. A genuine safety mindset around pedestrians in a shared space. Full working rights in Australia. 3PL or e-commerce warehouse background is a plus, but a good operator from any industry will settle in fast.
What you'll get. $65,000 to $70,000 plus 12% super depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, overtime paid at award rates when it genuinely happens rather than built into your life. Permanent from day one: paid leave, sick leave, public holidays.
