As a System Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between our business teams and technical experts — translating what they need into solutions that actually work. Your role sits at the heart of this work.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives

Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs that are both feasible and aligned with business goals

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within systems, ensuring system functionality and user satisfaction

Participate in testing of new features and bug fixes to ensure software meets required standards and functions as expected

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, test cases, and project information

Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, communicating clearly in both directions
About You
We're looking for someone with:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding complex systems and business processes

3–5 years' experience in a similar role as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related position

Strong understanding of software development processes, system architectures, and technology fundamentals — you understand technical discussions and can engage confidently

Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

Strong verbal and written communication skills — the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa

A genuine interest in how systems solve real business problems

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field,
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and experience with software testing practices are all a plus.
