About the Role
Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square, and we’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to help launch our first ever NT venue. This is your chance to be part of something new, build a team from the ground up, and bring the Yo-Chi energy to a whole new community!

What you’ll be doing
- Run shifts and set the tone with high energy, smooth service, and strong team vibes
- Support your Venue Manager with rostering, stock ordering, cash handling, and daily operations
- Keep product quality and food safety standards on point
- Coach your team, build confidence, and develop future leaders
- Keep the venue looking sharp, safe, and running seamlessly
- Drive performance by hitting KPIs and managing costs
What we’re looking for
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
- Confidence with stock, rosters, and performance targets
- Availability across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster
- A people-first leader who builds strong, positive team cultures
- Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
The exciting part
This isn’t just another role. You’ll be part of launching Yo-Chi in the Northern Territory for the very first time. You’ll help shape the team, set the standard, and create a venue people genuinely love.
To set you up for success ahead of the Casuarina Square opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Adelaide, South Australia prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
