The opportunity
At EY-Parthenon, we partner with leading Private Equity funds and institutional investors to deliver value across acquisitions, exits and portfolio strategies.
As our Senior Manager / Director – Transaction Diligence (Private Equity), you’ll lead complex buy-side and sell-side transactions, working directly with PE funds, portfolio companies and investment committees to drive successful deal outcomes and shape investment strategy.
This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney.
Your key responsibilities
Lead multiple buy-side and sell-side Private Equity transactions, managing large engagement teams
Build and maintain senior relationships with PE funds, corporates and investment stakeholders
Drive commercial insights, support deal execution and contribute to business development initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
Extensive experience in Private Equity Financial Due Diligence
Deep exposure to buy-side and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions and exits
Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships
Strong commercial mindset with ability to assess value drivers and risks
CA, ACA, CPA or equivalent
Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
Track record of contributing to business development or originating work (Director level)
Experience across multiple sectors with strong PE exposure
Experience leading complex or cross-border transactions
